Die-struck: A die is cut to the image of your design, Your image is stamped on the sheet of iron or copper, and the pins are cut out to the outline of the desing shape by cutting mold. The piece is baked after each color fill, and then gold or silver or nickel plated. Die-struck enamel utilizes thicker brass to create deep recessed to accept the enamel paint. The result is a mutidimensional appearance and a higher perceived value. Soft enamel also include matte black, matte gold, and matte silver. Adding epoxy resin will inrease it’s value.
